New Start Community Garden

Share what ya’ know, share what ya’ grow

Our garden is many things to many people. We are one part school garden, one part community garden, and one part botanical garden. It is all brought together by hard working volunteers and community support. Overall, we are a teaching garden where all can come to learn.

    Events + Classes

Each season we partner with local experts, chefs, and nonprofits to offer free gardening, cooking, and environmental science classes to the public. The classes are held in the garden and registration is usually required for each one.

    Volunteer

We are an organization founded and operated by a committed network of volunteers, students, and community members. These supporters contribute in innumerable ways throughout the year to keep our community garden growing. We are almost entirely volunteer run and you can help us grow even further!
